PCAV 'D' Test for each grade (2013 version)

Pony Club - $30 per combination
Open - $45 per combination (plus$10 day membership if applicable)

HOUSE KEEPING

Grade 3 will ride in a 60x20m arena
Cross country course CLOSES SATURDAY APRIL 18 - any combinations found schooling after this date can be disqualified or refused entry
Each Pony Club MUST nominate a minimum of 1 cross country jump judge for every 3 riders (eg. 5 riders = 2 XC jump judges)
Open riders PLEASE nominated an XC judge also
Open riders also send prior or bring a completed Liability Form on the day
Dressage times will be available on the WPC website and on Event Secretary after 8:30PM on Thursday May 7 - times are NOT available by phone

EVENT NOTICES
Competitors not ready to ride at their designated time may be eliminated
Gear check is required for all riders before every phase
Armbands must be worn by ALL competitors
Only back numbers provided by the OC can be worn
Full uniform for dressage, showjumping and presentations
Dogs are prohibited without exception
Multiple rides will only be accepted subject to available entry - riders to nominate preferred ride
