Party: Monday Night Lesson (Apr. 13)

Hello everyone and welcome to the UCF Swing Knights! We are a student run organization dedicated to providing a safe environment for the community to enjoy and learn swing dancing.

If you think you'll be a good fit to keep the Swing Knights alive and dancing, consider running for office! We are currently taking nominations for new officers. The current offices and nominees are:

Public Relations nominee: Katie Messinger
Technical Secretary: Open
Event Coordinator: Open

We'd also like to congratulate Andy Anderson as our new Vice President!

Swing Knight's Monday lessons will take place in the Garden Key Room (221) of the UCF Student Union.

Lessons are taught by our very own international instructor/performer & multiple National Champion Joel Green and his lovely, talented partner, Liliya Radyvonyuk! No partners are necessary, and all levels of dancers are welcome and are sure to have fun.

Schedule:
➢ 9:30 pm - Beginner lesson
➢ 10:30 pm - Club Meeting
➢ 10:45 pm - Open Dance

Prices:

First lesson is free!

Students need to purchase a Swing Knights membership which gives you access to every beginner lesson in the fall semester, a Swing Knights t-shirt, and a pretty nifty membership card (if I do say so myself). Memberships run $80, and can be paid all at once, or in $20 monthly installments. Discounts may be applicable to those who join late in the semester.

Non-students are welcome to attend lessons, but per SGA rules, we do not charge them. We do encourage donations, all of which go to supporting our national level instructor.
