E-MAN-CI-PATE, the monthly house music party with and hosted by the legendary Tyree Cooper with Bobby Starrr, turns the +4Bar into a dance playground for a night of qualitative, upstanding house music, and as with each succeeding party, a very special guest is hotly awaited. Manhooker is the duo comprising songwriter/singer Mavin and DJ/producer Guiddo. Their collaboration focuses on the fusion of their respective individual taste, combined and rooted in their love for house music. Both of them with over a decade of studio and stage experience joined their talents to create the duo Manhooker and we’re excited as hell about their rockin’ set tonight.

The basement welcomes two artists from France. Birth Of Frequency is never stuck on a specific musical type, but always strives to stay coherent. His goal is to produce different styles (house, dub, deep techno, etc.) because he loves electronic music as a whole. This young, new talent draws inspiration from Detroit and the UR spirit, and has already begun to release his own material in the last few years. As a key character in the burgeoning techno movement in Paris, Francois X has steadily established himself as a DJ, producer and label owner unwilling to compromise on matters of quality. Also co-founder of record label and production company Dement3d, it is responsible for some of the most celebrated underground techno parties in Paris, hosting the unique appearances of Sandwell District, Surgeon, Schackleton and Planetary Assault Systems. Roman Lindau is a young artist on Mike Dehnert’s distinguished label Fachwerk, and the night gets a fine wrap with Macedonian artist Stojche.
