It’s that time of year again! The annual Coopers Cup is rolling back into action for the public satisfaction, bringing with it the legendary shenanigans that make it the most anticipated event on the CBC calendar.
Join us for a day of social barefoot bowling, with funds raised going to MS Queensland and the research they do for Multiple Sclerosis, supported by our member for Greenslopes, Joe Kelly MP. The Lazy Hyena will be howlin’ the soul, a delicious spit roast lunch will be served, the Aussie pie eating competition will be open to all and legend has it that Coopers gear and a rare, real life Pokemon will be up for grabs.
Come along and cement yourself forever into the Cooper’s Cup Hall of Fame, as well as the hearts of the 4151.
When: Sunday 21st August, starting 10 AM
Where: Coorparoo Bowls Club, 32 Riddings St Coorparoo
How: Register your teams at the Clubhouse or by calling 3394 2121. 4 people per team, $10 per person. Enter as soon as possible as spaces are limited, or just come along and soak up the sweet, sweet vibes.
