Having garnered world-wide recognition with gigs at the North Sea Jazz Festival, Tokyo’s Cotton Club, and Carnegie Hall, Canadian pianist and vocalist Laila Biali has also been honoured as home with awards as SOCAN Composer of the Year and Keyboardist of the Year at the National Jazz Awards.
