Russel deCarle, best known as the front man of Prairie Oyster, has won 5 JUNOS and two SOCAN Song of the Year Awards. Grammy Award-winning bluesman Alvin Youngblood Hart is one of the world’s foremost practitioners of country blues. With a JUNO nomination and seven Maple Blues Awards nominations, Roxanne Potvin is steadily carving out her place in the Canadian roots music scene.
