Our beginner course is our introduction course designed to help new learners develop key Parkour skills and understanding for progressing into our regular weekly classes for 8 to 16 year olds. Our coaches are NGB (Parkour UK) Certified with over a two decades of Parkour training, coaching and performing experience between them.
