We will be running classes promoting fun, safe and basic Wrestling skills (to become a Wrestling SUPERSTAR of the future!), whilst also concentrating on cultivating life skills on, self-esteem, confidence, self-defence health and wellbeing.
Our junior academy aims to encourage kids and teens to be active from a young age, sets good habits early on and helps them develop the skills they need to stay vigorous throughout their lives - Rock and Roll Wrestling’s Junior Wrestling Academy aims to inspire young children to do just that!
