Borzu (also known as Bo Borzu) is a San Francisco based Dj, music producer, and event producer. He started out by mixing vinyl records on the regular at clubs and underground parties in SF around 2003. Today he’s a resident Dj for the infamous ZERO warehouse events and agency out of Brooklyn New York which happen now across the states. Also a resident DJ and part of the founding crew that produces the Disco Knights Burning Man camp each year on the playa. In San Francisco, Borzu plays regularly at the Deep Blue Events, a party and production company he co-founded with his brother, Rooz, over 11 years ago. Over the last decade, they've thrown their monthly party at venues like Public Works, Great Northern, and Mezzanine, where Borzu DJs alongside their go-to headliners such as Sasha, Solomun, Lee Burridge, Damian Lazarus, Dubfire.. etc.

More recently he teamed up with good friend and mentor, Lee Burridge, to produce the first ever All Day I Dream of San Francisco events in Golden Gate Park, and responsible for bringing other label showcases and events to SF like Damian Lazarus’ Get Lost party. We also love him because of his unique DJ style and long mixes: https://soundcloud.com/boborzu With over 17 years of pro DJn and his background from the San Francisco funky house scene in the 90s and involvement with the underground warehouse scene, his music tends to be super melodic and trippy, but always on top of groovy ass percussions and staying true to the fundamentals of dance music instructed to make you move until dawn. For Bo, it’s a dance party at a club, not a concert.
