UK guitarist Chris Harland describes his band as "High-voltage... Hot-wired...The simplest formula... The maximum impact."
His set offers the best of the Blues standards: B.B. King, Buddy Guy, Muddy Waters… He combines the tradition of British-made Electric Blues, the authenticity of the riff-driven Chicago sound, and high-voltage heritage of Eric Clapton and Jeff Beck, Jimmy Page and Peter Green.
He was voted best instrumentalist of the year by the Canberra Blues Society in 2008..
His duo will be offering up some blues grooves this Friday night at the #CanberraIrishClub from 7pm-9pm
