Squirtgun Records is proud to announce Carole Pope’s ‘Up Close & Personal’ Tour 2015! The Ontario/Quebec tour is in support of her latest release, ‘Music For Lesbians’
(Squirtgun Records/eOne Music Canada).

Carole Pope has been pushing boundaries of sexuality, sexual politics and the status quo as one of the most influential artists in Canadian history. Her work has been recognized with 3 JUNO Awards, 4 Gold, 1 Platinum and 1 Double-Platinum album awards as well as 1 Genie Award. Carole Pope’s ‘Music For Lesbians’ EP explores the funny tragic things about being a lesbian.
Contributors include Peaches, Alain Johannes (Queens of the Stone Age/Them Crooked Vultures) and Rob Preuss (Spoons). The music video for ‘Vagina Wolf’ recently premiered on YouTube. A film based on Pope’s autobiography 'Anti Diva’ (published by Random House) is currently in pre-production.
