Edris bagheri from Iran is a world class kumite competitor and will share his expertise. We will work on drills and free kumite, and then using video showing world kumite discuss kumite tactic and strategy. Afterwards we can relax and share refreshments.
Cost is $10 - you can pay at the door. The event is open to all clubs and anyone wanting to improve their jiyu kumite (free sparring). Please bring your gloves - we do have extra at the club if you don't have any. Youth and adults will be paired separately for training.
